Retreat in your own home with a New Moon ceremony 23/4

A CO-CREATION WITH ME, CECILIA AND YOURSELF!

Connect with yourself at a day for deep healing. A day of dwelling in the depths of the feminine nature. A day to rest, restore and prepare for the month ahead.

Cecilia and I have been working on this project of doing Moon Circles live from both hemipsheres of our beautiful planet for quite some time and tomorrow we have the first one!

We will meet at ZOOM to breathe, journal and meditate together in solitude. You prepare your space away from eventual family, in your bedroom, in the garden, even in the bathtub or any other place where you will not be disturbed.

I will prepare my space with my instruments for sound healing and then Cecilia will guide you through a (drumming) journey. This combination strives for a very deep healing in a meditative state. Afterwards you can do your journaling or just stay in your own bubble. This will approximately take 1-1,30 min depending, after we leave you in peace to go about your day or spend even more time on your wishes.

Give yourself this time to recharge with love and gratitude for your own sublime being… AHO
