This course runs for 6 weeks and each class will have a new focus on a different type of meditation.
There are so many ways to meditate and this will let you dip the toe into the sea of meditations.
The classes will always include a breathing technique and meditation. Some will include sound baths, movements, mantras and/or mudras.
